Hole In One!
I had my third career hole in one today at Woodside Plantation CC. I was playing their par-3 course (a lot of opportunities) and aced the 6th hole. It’s an uphill par 3 of 129 yards with trees very tight on both sides. The green is only about 20 feet in diameter. In all, a difficult short par 3. I hit a 90 percent pitching wedge that landed 2 feet left of the hole, kicked right and dropped in. The hole in one came during a “quick 27″ (playing 3 balls per hole for 9 holes).
